Celebrate the weekend with Fine Dining at Taverne Gaspar or a Night Out at Bord’Elle and Catch Gracie Abrams in Concert.

Still trying to figure out what to do this weekend in Montreal? Montrealnightlife.com has a few ideas that will keep you entertained, well-fed, and you will never go thirsty. March is in full swing, and so is the erratic weather that causes confusion, but it doesn’t have to be that way when planning your upcoming weekend. We will make suggestions each week to help you have the best night out possible in our great city. We will suggest everything from concerts and theater performances to which restaurant is sure to hit the spot. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for a great date or a night out with your friends; Montreal is the place to be on the weekend.

Montrealnightlife.com will help you create your epic night by booking you a table at one of Montreal’s fine restaurants, and they will even hook you up with one of Montreal’s nightclubs or bars after a concert if you want to have a drink or two. That’s not all; if you’re coming from out of town, montrealnightlife.com will also take care of your hotel needs in ideal areas of the city and your travel accommodations at the best rates. Call or text them now at 438-995-6496 to find out how you can have the perfect night in Montreal.

Our clocks will go forward this weekend, but our clubs and bars will not add the extra hour to their opening hours. The Quebec government does not allow establishments that sell alcohol to stay open past 3:00 a.m., regardless of the time change. Regardless of this law, you still have plenty of time to enjoy your night at the club, and you will still be able to enjoy any of these late-night restaurants we discussed in a previous article by clicking right here.

It’s International Women’s Month in March, so why not celebrate womanhood with the following ideas for a fantastic Friday night in downtown Montreal and Old Montreal?

A fine dining experience in Old Montreal

Taverne Gaspar

Location: 89 Rue de la Commune E, Montréal, QC H2Y 1J1

Cuisine: Brasserie Francais

Taverne Gaspar is participating in the month-long Happening Gourmand food festival, and you can take advantage of their French-inspired gastropub cuisine at an incredible price. Heading to Old Montreal to enjoy their astonishing menu also allows you to hit one of the great bars or nightclubs after your meal, or you can stay and enjoy their vast selection of beers and cocktails. If you want to dance in a nightclub, we recommend hitting up Bord’Elle this weekend, but first, let’s take a closer look at what to expect at Taverne Gaspar.

Their $42 Table D’Hote Menu gives you a choice of an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Tax and tips are not included in the price. Here are some of the dishes on the menu to choose from:

Starters

Hay Smoked Devilled Egg served with Leak Chips, Black Mullet Caviar

Tuna Tartare with sambal, honey, soy, and Sesame Seeds

Main Course

Mushroom Risotto made with Squash mash, parmesan, and pumpkin seeds

Grain Fed Veal Osso Bucco with tomato Ragout, bulgur and Gremolata

Dessert

Cheesecake

Lava Cake

More dishes are available on the Table D’Hote menu, but you can always order items from their regular menu if these dishes are not to your liking. Taverne Gaspar should be on your to-do list this weekend if you are looking for a lively atmosphere with great drinks and delicious food.

One the best nightclubs in Montreal

Bord’Elle

Location: 390 Rue Saint-Jacques, Montréal, QC H2Y 1S1

Bord’Elle may be the perfect option for you, whether it is Friday or Saturday night. Your epic night in Montreal can start with a Gracie Abrams concert, and then you can head over to Bord’Elle and enjoy their in-house entertainment while you dance and drink the night away.

Bord’Elle has revitalized Old Montreal/Old Port as a party hotspot with its burlesque-style entertainment and fine dining menu. It’s the perfect place for locals and tourists looking for quality fun, with its beautiful dancers, acrobats, and fire breathers performing up close while you dine or dance. The menu is inspired by modern international cuisine, with oysters, spicy salmon tartare, Chilean sea bass, and a killer 22-ounce bone-in rib eye to cover all your nutritional needs. Bord’Elle participates in Montreal’s significant events and can fulfill all your needs in one place, from rubbing shoulders with Montreal’s sexiest people to enjoying delicious cocktails.

Best Friday Night Concert

Gracie Abrams

Gracie Abrams is making a name for herself in the music industry, which started in 2019 with her first single, “Mean it.” Since then, Abrams has released several singles, and in 2023, she will release her first album, “Good Riddance,” on February 24, 2023.
