From February 20 to March 9, 2025, Montréal en Lumière returns, transforming the city into a haven for food enthusiasts. This year’s festival spotlights the remarkable contributions of women in the culinary world, featuring over 70% female chefs, winemakers, and pastry artists from 34 countries, including a strong representation from Canada and Quebec.
